Most of mine have shown up within a couple of days - usually by the time I receive the shipment confirmation email from the merchant. A word of warning (I learned this the hard way - I guess I didn't read all the fine print) - if you use certain discount or promotional codes, your purchase may not be eligible for ebates. I bought a bunch of school clothes for DD through Justice with a 40% off code - I received credit for that purchase. However, when I made a second purchase using the Justice Rewards (whatever they are called), ebates said I was NOT eligible to receive cash back. I was also DQ'ed from cash back on 2 different Build a Bear purchases, I assume for similar reasons (using a discount or promo code).
The Justice thing sort of made sense, I guess - even though I wouldn't have earned cash back on the portion of the purchase covered by the rewards. But the Build a Bear thing still has me confused. In the end, I'm usually still better off using a discount and not getting the ebates than vice versa, but it is something to keep in mind.
On the up side, customer service was very fast in responding when I emailed inquiring about why I hadn't received credit for those purchases yet.
