How quickly did you get your HHI points?

I closed on 3/23 and points are still not in the system. PCS Holdings told me it takes 30 days for the deed to be recorded in SC and they won't send it on to Disney before then. Has anyone had a different experience? I am getting impatient. Thank you!

It normally takes DVC 7 - 14 days to enter your points and information into their system. Something doesn't sound right. You should contact your broker and see what the problem is and why it is taking so long. :confused3

That's how long it took us from closing until we were in the system and could reserve when we bought our resale with TTS. We were told about 10 days, and because I was so anxious to make a reservation with our new points, I started checking the member's website about 2-3 times a day after 7 days. Fortunately, the points showed up after 9 days, and first thing the next morning I was on the phone making that reservation.

Since your HHI contract is a SC property, technically the contract should have been closed in SC. ( That's why HHI contracts are more expensive to close ) My last two recent HHI contracts were closed and in the system very quickly. For one of them, I closed and was in the system the next day, my correct points were there one day later... I believe that contract was closed by an attorney in Beaufort, SC.

Well, I'm still not in the system. PCS Holdings told me that it could not happen any faster, which is obviously not the case. I have received my deed and was told it was sent to Disney last week. The attorney was in Florida - I guess this was part of the problem.
