how probable is extension of opening hours in September

Last year, the Magic Kingdom at 09/27/2014 (Saturday) was open until 11 p.m. with a second parade scheduled (first MSEP at 9 p.m. and second MSEP at 11 p.m.) and Wishes taking place at 10 p.m..

At the moment, this year at 09/26/2015 (Saturday) only one MSEP will take place with the Magic Kingdom closing at 10 p.m. (+2 hours of EMH afterwards).

Is there a good chance that these opening hours will be extended and another MSEP will be added? When would I know?
I am just trying to decide on the time of ADR for dinner...

Actually, your question is about closing hours, not opening hours.

No...it's actually correct. Opening hours = hours the facility is open. I believe the OP is German, therefore a bit grammatically different.
