How prevalent is this at OKW ?

From an OKW fairway view room, have you observed golfers acting less that magically?

  • I've never seen that

  • I've seen that before, but rarely

  • I see that a couple of times each visit

  • I see that often

  • It’s a superfund waste site, and I wouldn’t play golf there without as hazmat suit.

We should all request that the woods be stocked with LARGE alligators, so next time somebody decides to pee, the pee-er will leave with less "luggage" than when he arrived! :teeth:

Speaking of alligators in the woods, where do you think they are when they aren't in the water? Also, we have wild boars around here too, and have you heard of the pumas living in the woods on Disney property? Anyway, just some info from a local....

Big difference I guess between grown men on a golf course and a 3-4 yo boy, but this reminds me of a strange (or seemingly to me at least) incident I witnessed at Epcot. I was sitting at a bench outside the gift shop waiting for the family to exit Test Track (I have learned I am better off not shopping with them cause they don't want me there saying, "are you sure you want that?"). Behind my back was a 4ft+ concrete wall & then some landscaping (large trees if I remember correctly). A dad and son casually walk up to the wall, and dad hoists the son up to the top of the wall and tells him (fairly loudly) to do his thing. I was kind of shocked. At the same time it was rather humurous. But not as big a deal as grown men on the golf course in plain view of the resort rooms I guess.

That's a disgrace. Epcot has plenty of restrooms. What happens to peoples brains when they are on vacation?????

I've never seen it at OKW. Maybe there's somewhat of an emergency excuse on some golf course but, hey, OKW has a quite a few public restroom options steps off the course. Or, you can hold it until you are out of the resort area. ;)

I've never seen that, but I would shout something nice and loud to embarass them and you can bet that they probably wouldn't do it again....or at least would think twice about it.

The golfer RAN away - I did not see him again, I think he left his golf cart there too...LOL

I have never seen that before and I have played LBV a few times. There are facilities all along the course for that sort of thing.

Tacky. I am glad we always ask for a water view to feed the ducks. I'd rather see them pooping than grown men peeing.

Ok, so I asked DH. He told me he has never done it, but his golfing buddy has - but only at the WDW courses that are "out in the boonies". I assume he means Magnolia.

He also said there are rest stops along each course.

To me, no excuse for peeing in a guest lodging area.

I'm sure nobody does this with thinking someone is watching, however it is a natural thing, i think people need to be a little more aware that anywhere on disney property you are always at risk of being seen by someone no matter how out in the middle of nowhere it may seem. not disgusting just tacky :cool1:
