I am 46 and DH is 45. Our kids are 7 and 8.
I think I've gotten more patience as I've gotten older. OTOH, I'd worry about problems w/the baby if I had one at my age. Having them at 37 and 39 - the doctors scare you so much about all that can go wrong, let alone what can happen when you are 46. My body does great at being pregnant, though. It was a breeze with both my kids - no stretch marks, no morning sickness, etc. And I love babies!
My 7yo son thinks I am 33, LOL. That's how old I feel so I told him last year that I was 32. I *feel* young, I really do!

She was a BIG surprise and such a blessing. I think I have alot more patience now than I did when my other two were young.
I'm 65 and DH is 71 and SS is nice it keeps us coming back to FW and lets us come when the parks are almost empty. We have been married 47 years
in May and have four sons 46,44.42, and 40.
We also have 11 grandchildren. After 4 sons and 2 grandsons we were beginning to think we would never see a granddaughter but on Christmas day
17 years ago we got the best Christmas present ever, our first granddaughter. Boys are still winning, 4 granddaughters and 7 grandsons and we still haven't grown up yet.

...I was afraid my thread would be locked for sure!
