I was 15 when I got pregnant with oldest DS (who will soon be 15) and 16 when I had him. I had my second child 2 years later when I was 18 (17 when I got pregnant).
Third child came almost 6 years later when I had just turned 24. 4th when I had just turned 27 and 5th came a month after my 30th birthday :)

which means if she was still alive she'd be older than I was when I had her... Geez I feel old (and a little grateful cause if the cycle continued I'd prob be a grandma by the time I was 30.. scary!)

I know a girl who had her daughter at 13 and when her daughter was 13, she had a son making her a 26 year old grandma. Very sad for all of them.

I had my first at 30, followed by a miscarriage at 35, a baby at 37 and the last baby at 39. Two of my sisters had their babies at age 40. We say in our family "we couldn't figure out how to do it until we had grey hair."

Not necessarily, my DD21 just had a baby in Feb, so she broke the cycle that started with me. LOL

Sad? Why would you assume it's sad to be a Gma at that age? I'm a Gma at 38 and I adore it!!! I could have been a Gma at 30, I wouldn't have said it was "sad" at all.

18,20,24,25,33,37 and a grandma at 35

I'm 38 and a Gma, isn't it fun? :)

21 with my first, 24 with my second, 28 with my 3rd and fourth. Geez.. I feel OLD!
