How often does the boat from Wilderness Lodge that stops at the Contemporary run?

It is my understanding that there are 2 different boat routs from the Wilderness Lodge to the MK. One is direct and one that makes a stop at the Contemporary. If that is the case, does anyone know the latest time that the boat from the Contemporary to the Wilderness Lodge runs? I'm sure it would probably be after the MK closes. Also, isn't there a particular colored flag that distinguishes which rout the boats take?

The second route doesn't include the MK at all. It goes between: Contemporary, Wilderness Lodge, Fort W (in two directions). This is the Blue flag.

MK to Wilderness Lodge and back is the Red flag.

Edit: Hours for the Blue are 6:45 am to 11:30 pm, I believe.

RED FLAG: The boat to the left of the dock has a red flag and goes to the Magic Kingdom. The red flag boats operate from a half hour before the Magic Kingdom opens to an hour and a half after the Magic Kingdom closes. Normally, the MK/Red Flag boat is a yellow-covered boat. These boats can accommodate open strollers, wheel chairs and scooters.

BLUE FLAG: The boat to the right of the dock has a blue flag, and goes to Fort Wilderness and Disney's Contemporary Resort. These boats run from 6:45 AM to 11:30 PM. Passengers using wheel chairs/scooters can use the boat pictured above. Just let any boat captain know that you require a "covered" boat or handicap accessible boat.

Red Flag boat:
12 min to/from MK

Red/Green Flag boat:
20 min to/from MK via FW (Used at off peak times to serve both FW and WL with one larger boat.)

Blue Flag boat:
5 min direct to/from CR

14 min CR via FW

Thanks! About how often does it run?

I wonder how many blue flagged boats there are? If there's only 1, and you miss it heading to the Contemporary, it appears that the next boat won't be back, heading to the Contemporary for 53 minutes+-, considering a 5 minute stop at each location.

There are usually two at any given time. One going clockwise, the other counterclockwise, around Bay Lake.
