How often does Cinderella appear at the EPCOT Princess Breakfast(Norway)?

We have reservations for the Princess Breakfast at Norway, and our older daughter is thinking of wearing her Cinderella costume that day for that reason. But now I'm noticing that Cinderella only makes occasional appearances at that breakfast, and that it's much easier to find her at the character dinner at GF or at the meal at MK.

1. Does anyone know how often Cinderella appears at that breakfast?
2. Is there anywhere else in EPCOT that Cinderella appears?

I'd hate for my daughter to get all excited about wearing her Cinderella gear that day, only to find out that Cinderella's not around.

We ate here the end of October and Cinderella was there for breakfast. The other princesses were Ariel, Snow White and Princess Aurora. Belle greeted guests as they arrived and posed for the picture package included with the meal. I'm not sure where else Cinderella appears in Epcot though. She is at the 1900 Park Fare dinner at the Grand Floridian. We do both meals, you can't get enough of Cinderella, right?

We have been 3 times (all for breakfast) since 2006 and only had her once.

Always had Belle (at entrance), Snow White and Aurora.

Have also had Ariel 1x, Mary Poppins 1x, Mulan 2x & Jasmine 1x.

We've never seen Cinderella at Akershus either - we have had all the others mentioned though!

We had Cinderella at our breakfast. It was a Thursday. I don't know maybe she tends to show up on certain days. It was a total shock to me when I saw her. I wasn't expecting her at all.

We had lunch there last month and she was there. We also had Ariel, Aurora, Snow White, and of course Belle. I don't think there's any real way to predict. I checked other character greeting spots listed around Epcot for the day we were there, because she is my YDD's favorite as well, but she doesn't show up anywhere on the map. I was very relieved to see her at Akerhaus. If you want a guarantee, you probably need to do Park Fare or CRT.
(And our lunch was fabulous, btw.)

We've had breakfast there twice (October 2008 and January 2009), and she wasn't there either time.

we had breakfast there in October 2009 and we had Belle for the photo of course.
Then we had Cinderella, Ariel, Snow White, and Aurora in the dining room.

We had Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White & Ariel (and Belle at the front) when we went on December 12, 2009.

Back in Dec 2007, we had Belle, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, Jasmine and Mulan.

You can't find Cinderella anywhere other than the Princess meals in Norway at Epcot.

Don't forget the Princess meet and greet in Toon Town Fair where she will have lots of face time with Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty and Belle. They spend a good deal of time with the kids there vs at the character meals. It's a great experience. (Same goes for Pixie Hollow, but the lines are much longer and I would recommend being at Toon Town for rope drop to get in line for Pixie Hollow. - we were 6th in line after rope drop and by the time we were done around 1030am, the line was 60 minutes long.) The lines for the Princesses are usually much shorter. Our first day at MK we were going to do both meet and greets, but Tink had a 60 minute wait and the Princesses only 10 minutes.

She is only at the Princess meals at Norway AT EPCOT.

Yes, you can find her at 1900 Park Fare for dinner and at CRT.

Her question was whether or not you could find her anywhere else at EPCOT.

I think that person meant that AT EPCOT, the Norway meal is the only place to find Cinderella. Although someone earlier said that they found her in one of the countries.

We saw Cinderella there at breakfast this past March and again in November.

We saw Cinderella twice at Epcot in September.

We had the princess breakfast in the morning, Cinderella was there, when we went to World Showcase in the afternoon the same Cinderella was there. She remembered my kids because my son had a pirate makeover the night before and he had the extra eye tatoos on his face and she had commented on that at breakfast.

I will post a photo but my kids believe she was in France maybe someone can tell by the background
