How often does Calif. Grill Menu Change??

DW and I are planning on dining at CA grill our last night at WDW in Dec. It's our 25th anniversary plus we both turned 50 this year . I have read that the menu changes according to seasons and/or whatever the Chef can get fresh each week. My question (finally!!) is if anyone knows which items on the menu are constant and what type of changes are made.

Everytime we have been there the things they have always had have been:

Goat Ravioli, Pork Tenderloin, Beef Filet, & Chicken Breast.

What did you want to have they might make it for you, if you ask.
