How often do you visit DLRP?

I'd been twice when younger then had kids and was planning on saving for a few years to go to Orlando. Something tragic happened to someone I used to know last year and it gave me a real "live for now" attitude. We booked 5 nights for Disneyland Paris instead as we'd saved enough for that. We loved it so much we booked again for this year.

I'm also feeling a teeny bit guilty about returning without the girls next month but it's only for a weekend and it'll be so nice to do rides (esp rollercoasters) together for a change!

Ideally I'd like to go back twice next year and make the most of it over the next few years before our girls turn into grumpy teenagers!

Littlemermaid, 6 trips in 12 months?! Ok, you win :)

We won't having 6 trips every year :lmao: I have one more tripped planned for September next year hopefully then I'm saving up for a huge holiday to WDW.

Bob, how lovely to have your honeymoon there! We did 2 - a couple of days at DLH and it was wonderful!

I used to be sensible and go once a year
...but then I went 3 times last year
and it will be 5 this year.....

Dh and I had been once on a day trip during a trip to Paris in 2000.
I used to work in travel and was very lucky to get a great discount through Disney in 2006 when ds was 2-our excuse was that I had just fallen pregnant with dd so we said this would be only chance to take ds for a long time(well thats what we said back then:lmao: ).
The main reason though was basically DH and I got 2 nights in Sequoia lodge for £75 each so couldnt refuse! We also got a free days ticket to the park .
Anyway we thought DS may be too small to enjoy it (2 1/2)but he loved it -we both had a great time too -barr the morning sickness!!
In 2007 we went backin July for 3 days with a 7 month in tow , and in 2008 we went in April for 4 nights.
We have now booked a surprise xmas trip to celebrate the kids 2nd and 5th birthdays -its so easy to get bitten by the bug!
:wizard:

We go about 3 times a year... have to make the annual passes worth the money (sssshhh dont tell my OH that they pay for themselves after visit 1 each year!) :rolleyes1

Oh who am i kidding its him that keeps deciding we go back!!!! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Since 2005 we havent been on a holiday to anywhere other than DLRP and WDW!!! i keep thinking we should try somewhere new but as my mum always said "if it isnt broke then dont fix it!"

We went for the first time in March 08 and loved it and we're going back again in December. I'm hoping that if all goes well (travel wise) we might make it a 'tradition' to go every December. As I see it we go to the U.K every Christmas to see my parents why not go via Paris- it would be rude not to offer our seasons greetings to Mickey and co now we've got to know them-wouldn't it?!

Oh I am *SO* selling that idea to DH :)

I dunno, maybe if we went without the little luxuries like food, clothes, heating... :)
