how often do you take

and over the counter pain reliever like Tylenol, Advil or some other type ? for me maybe once a week, but some people really need the stuff to help with pain or sleep

I hate pills...so I only take them when truly needed... I get bad backaches, so I'll take an advil or aleve... and for cramps

My DBF takes Goodys powder like candy for migraines...

For the past two weeks its been every other day or so.

Usually, not that often but I've been having terrible sinus headaches and I can't take sinus meds during the day since they all put me to sleep. Before the sinus troubles started, it was make once every 10 days or so.

For years I took Tylenol like it was candy when I had cramps. Now I know how bad it is on your liver and I have friends that have suffered liver damage because of it.

I try to not take pain pills. I had some back pain in February and took some meds then, but before that -- probably a couple years ago.
