How often do you call hoping to get ADR?

Our trip is end of Sept and we were able to get everything we wanted except for Liberty Tree Tavern. Should I keep calling back just to check and see in case a time opens up? Do you think as we get closer to the date something could open up? I wondered how often some of you call and if you are able to eventually get your place? Thanks

Not too long ago I posted about this....

DH and I are trying to get le Cellier for 10/3 and I was calling hourly. The super nice CM I spoke with told me that he was afraid I may be wasting my time a bit and wasting $$ by calling long distance since there was such a small chance anything would open up. I told him I appreciated his advice but I didn't mind and I just liked "talking to Disney." lol

Since then, I've been calling a few times a day but not hourly. As we get closer to 10/3 I may start calling every other hour but we'll see. It's really not an inconvenience for me. :)

I called 1 or 2x a day and was able to change my ADr for this Sunday from lunch to dinner at the Coral Reef. I have been told that as soons as an ADR is cancelled it is opened up to others so you never know. Use the 1-800-828-0228 and pick option #3.

I've called three times this week for September 16th a Chef Mickey's. No luck. I'll keep on trying here and there!

I would look at the Sept ADR cancellation thread too. I saw a cancellation for Chef de France for Sept 26 dinner there and called and picked up the reservation for my family.
