How often do you call for ap rates?

We are trying to get AP rates for the Poly, but haven't had any luck. How often should I call to see if things open up? Also, is there a better time of day to call? Thanks!

I just got off the phone with Disney. They had the Poly Garden view for $250 for May 5-8. I booked the CR standard wing for $174. Must be your dates.
