How often do they run ticket deals?

I want to get the buy 3 get 2 days free ticket deal they are running, but they need to be dated.

If we bought now for our Nov trip, it’s possible we may need to shift the 8 day window they need to be used in by a couple of days based on our condo availability- but UO said they will not change dates. So we could possibly lose a couple.

Purchase needs to happen by May 5.

Does anyone know if they typically run other ticket deals in the summer for travel that fall?

We’d be fine with a buy 2, get 2 or something -

Not sure what we should do.

You can definitely change the dates once you purchase the tickets. If the start date you change to is a more expensive day than you originally purchased your ticket for, you will have to pay the difference (but shouldn’t be that big of a difference). Tickets with the buy 3 get 2 promotion must be used by December 15th. You can even change the start date right in the app.

Interesting! I can’t believe 2 different UO people told me this couldn’t be done! I specifically asked if we could change dates and pay the difference if there was one. Appreciate you posting the screen shot!

I was also thinking about purchasing through UT since it’s cheaper, but when I did that last year there was no way to import the tix into the UO app and they too told me we couldn’t change dates. Sooooo looks like if I buy the deal through UO, I could change the e dates and pay the difference. But if I try to buy through UT, it’s likely I cannot.

I don’t want to tell you any wrong info - but it’s weird that you wouldn’t be able to change the date on these tickets. Hoping someone else who’s been in a similar situation can give their insight. It’s so hard when you can’t 100% lock dates down!

Hmmm. We’re you able to put your UT tix into the UO app? We bought the buy 2-get 2 tix last year through UT and for some reason I was never able to do that. I called customer service at both UO and UT multiple times and no one could help me do that- so maybe it was just a one time glitch? I had to just save the QR ticket code in my phone and we used that.

I’d love to buy them now through UT, put them in the UO app, and then change the dates/pay the difference (up until Dec 15 or whatever it is)…. Sorta like you can do with wdw tickets through UT.

Lmk if you were able to transfer the UT tix into the app!! Appreciate your intel
