How often do the Restaurants change their menus?

We are headed down in November (Thanksgiving Week) and wondering if the menus I can see on MDE will likely be exactly the same by that time, or do they change them seasonally.

It depends on the restaurant to be honest.

Most of the signature restaurants tend to be seasonal, and by November they will have their fall inspired menus. Some signature places change more than others. California Grill sometimes changes their menu as often as every 2 weeks or so depending on what they get at market.

Most places tend to keep their staples and alter a few dishes here and there.

Most TSRs are expected to do a standard seasonal change twice a year - once in spring and once in fall. These may not be huge changes but just seasonal tweaks. Then from time to time a location will do a major overhaul (this happens ‘as needed’) For example: BOG just did their seasonal update in early May but will see a major update when they go Prix Fixe.

Rose and Crown changed theirs about 4 weeks ago. We didn't know and when we sat down we realised this and they had taken off the steak!!

Most restaurants will make minor changes seasonally to their menus from what i have seen. Its rare to have a major change to a menu, unless the head chef has changed and then all bets are off.

There are seasonal, managed by each restaurant. Change in chef can change the menu too. Holiday, may offer the menu in some caes too. Lastly, managing expenses associated to DDPs can also change menu offerings, as we have seen over the many years.
