How often do restaurants chnage thier menus?

Now that we have picked our ADRs I am looking for reviews on the different vegetarian options. One thing I am noticing, especially with Sanaa, is that items mentioned in the reviews are not listed on menu on Disneys website. Do the menus change frequently? If so does the Disney site keep the menus online up to date?

The Signatures generally change their menu seasonally; it's not often huge changes, but some things (primarily sides) do change. Non-Signatures seems to change less frequently. Along with the menus on Allears.net (which I like because the date when the menu was posted is listed), wdwinfo.com also has an archive of menus.
