How my dog got her revenge!

I was returning home after walking my dog yesterday evening. Normally, Missy aways goes into the house before I do, and I come in right behind her. For some reason, Missy let me go into the house first. She was walking through the door when she suddenly stoped, and I had already released the screen door. The door landed on her tail! She of course starts yipping at the top of her lungs and I release her as fast as I can. I felt so bad!!!

But she quickly got me back!

As I'm bending down to see if there was any damage to her tail, she decides to jump up. The top of her head hits my mouth.

Hard.

She hit me so hard that I bit my lip so it bleed! It swelled up and took about 20 minutes for the bleeding to stop!!!

I'm happy to report, though, that her tail is fine, and so is my top lip (all though it's still a little sore).

So now I guess we're even!!!

Glad you & Missy are both okay! My lab once gave me a black eye when I was leaning down putting food in his bowl. He was excited to eat, jumping around and knocked his big ol' head into my eye!
