how much should a cab cost for 1 person from desert inn and suites to walmart or vons?

i ask only because my husband took a cab last time from park place inn to the grocery store the cab driver suggested and it cost 30bucks!

i think he got screwed. i want to go with a plan this time.

we need groceries and wine! target or vons seem the closest when looking at a map.

but is there a cab company i should use. for a set fare.

Well, from the Angels stadium parking lot to DLH it was $13 by meter, so really, $30 doesn't sound too crazy, especially since the cab driver probably waited for your husband (waiting time costs money).

The real question is, which store did he go to?

You might be able to take ART instead, and will only cost $3.00 R/T for each adult. ART does stop by Target that is in Garden Grove. I have not checked as of yet, whether or not ART stops by your hotel, but in all likely hood it does.

There is great shopping at the Anaheim Plaza which has Walmart, Ross, and more. It costs us $13 each way from the Tropicana Inn and Suites which is on the strip of off site hotels on Harbor directly across the street from the Disneyland Resort.
