We were think about getting a AP for husband so we could use the discounts..
I am trying to figure up how much of a difference it would be for a room only rate
And what it would be with a AP discount

We would like to stay in POR with a trundle bed. ( it will be 4 adults and 6 yr old and a 1 yr old)

With a AP, mousesavers says it will be $104.00 during March 21 - 25 ( these are our dates)
BUT what do I need to add on to that to get a total..?????
How much tax do I need to add and do I have to add more for using the trundle bed for my 6 year old son???
104.00 per night x 4 nights = $416.00
416.00 x ???? tax

There is a $15/night charge for each extra adult beyond two. That will cost you an additional $30/night. There is no longer a charge for the trundle beds. The room tax is an additional 11.5% to the total. So, you're actually looking at $149.41 per night.

I would call and ask them what the rates will be. Thats spring break for many people and there may not be any discounted rooms left. You don't have to have to AP when you book the room, only when you check in. You may be better off with 2 value rooms instead of paying the extra adult charges for the mods.

I would agree with this. Also, it gives you two bathrooms instead of just one. However, the person with the AP has to be the renter of both rooms (but that can be worked out between you).

The combines sales and lodging tax rates at all the Disney Resorts is 11.5% except the All-Stars (which are in Osceola County) where it is 12.0%.

Also, with one person having an AP they can get a DDE card for $50 which will give a 20% Discount on all food and beverages (and the related sales tax) in all table service or buffet restaruant and the value resort food courts.
