We never get off at Osceola so it's $2.00 for us (2 $1.00) tolls. I don't remember if the Osceola exit is a 50 cent toll or not, but I think it might be. I'd plan on having $3.00 and a few quarters just in case. (I am pretty sure that if you get ON 417 at Osceola, it's 50 cents and you must have exact change.)
Read on here a while ago that the tolls had gone from $1.00 to $1.25 so it would be $2.50. Also we have gotten off exits and the booth had no attendant and required exact change of 50 cents.

Yes, I do believe you are right that the tolls went up. They were still $1.00 each when I was there in March, but in May we had gotten our SunPass transponder, so we didn't pay any tolls directly.
Using the toll calculator online, it says the toll from the airport (Boggy Creek) to Osceola Pkwy is $3.00.
That is correct. The two mainline tolls went up to $1.25 each whereas the exit toll at Osceola Parkway (exact change only) remains $.50. Total $3.00
All mainline tolls are staffed 24/7; ramp toll plazas are never staffed except on the Turnpike itself.
Wait....I just re-read your question. The entire length? Are you originating from Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) or from Orlando International Airport (MCO)? All of the above responses assumed MCO.
We usually use 417 from Sanford to the exit for Rt 535, last time, evidently before any recent increase, it ran around $5 for tolls, so with an increase $6 to $6.50 should be about right. Personally we think 417 even with the tolls is a much better "drive" than I-4. Not anywhere near as hectic or congested.
