How much water do you drink per day?

No idea! I just drink when I'm thirsy. More when I'm working out. This whole water obsession has gotten out of hand. If you want to make a nephrologist mad, tell them you drink a gallon a day no matter if you feel thirsty or not. Your body has incredible internal mechanisms that stay pretty balanced. In the hospital we say about 2L per day.

I drink when I'm thirsty. Probably only like 2 glasses per day not including whatever I'm getting out of food and a cup of coffee. I just keep an eye on the color of my urine. I can't force water down and I've just never been someone who drinks frequently throughout the day. I do drink more if I'm outside doing a lot of yard work or exercise.

Close to a gallon. It’s probably my only good habit amidst a sea of bad ones. 😄

We dink around 2.5-4ltrs a day. It used to be a lot less but we cut down on the coffees & sodas & substituted it for water. Been feeling a lot better for it as well.

No idea but I know it's not enough. The only time I drink a decent amount is when I am home all day.

50 ounces a day usually, but that's not counting the other things I drink, namely Powerade, Coke and Cranberry Juice.

I'm looking for a good brand of electrolyte hydration tablets to add to my water that will let me curb my consumption of other high-sugar drinks, but I can't tolerate anything that has the aftertaste of artificial sweeteners, and so far I haven't been able to find anything that isn't sugar-free. Zero sugar products are too commonplace now.

Water is my main beverage every day. Actually most days it is my only beverage. I am not sure the total amount I drink in a typical day though.

I like Nuun tablets. I used to only be able to get them at a local running store, but Target sells them now.

I'm trying one now, Strawberry Lemonade. Was expecting it to taste pretty because it has almost no sugar but it's not awful. Has no sweetness to it, just tastes like a fruitier Airborne.

I'm gonna order a variety pack on Amazon and see how those do. If I like most of them I may get the caffeinated ones as well, as a replacement to soda. Though I've relapsed on soda so many times it's probably only a temporary substitute.
