Yup, no idea here either, never saw a need to keep track. Drinking excessive amounts of water is NOT a healthy thing to do. Unless you have a specific medical condition, constantly drinking water is not a good idea. Water intake also include the various foods you eat, not just water from a glass.
Fellow Jarhead here, be careful drinking all that water as you get older.Roughly 148 oz a day. I spent 12 years in the Marine Corps and of course staying hydrated was a must. although I'm older and no longer in the military, I will down a 32oz water in the morning and then again at night every day of the year. It's a habit I haven't broken. During the day I typically will drink from a 64 oz water jug I keep. I drink at least 1.5 of those per day and oftentimes 2 of them.

Over hydrating can cause a condition known as hypervolemia which can lead to hyponatremia and I promise you don't want either of those..
We still have those charts at workDo you remember the "charts" above the urinals? LOL
Yes, you CAN drink too much water, but even at older age it's still hard to do.
Same here. And I don't always have coffee. Sometimes I will make myself drink a whole 16oz bottle of water in the morning when I take my medicine. Occasional can of seltzer water. But no danger of me drinking too much water.Usually none, unless it's what I get in my morning coffee.
