How much to bring for massage?

I believe they were $20, but I may be wrong... didn't tip because I didn't have any extra on me at the time. Or maybe it was $10 for 10 mins and $20 for 20 mins...LOL sorry about that.

The massages are $10 for 10 minutes. When I had my last one, they would not allow massages longer than 10 minutes. The guy in line next to me tried to give the girl a $20 for 20 mintues and she said there was a 10 minute limit. HTH!

I read on another thread here that the money you spend all gets donated to the charity, including any tips. So if you tip, it is just another donation to the charity.

$10 is all you need for 10 mintues of stretching/massage. The $10 and any tips are donated to the Children's Hospital.

The massage therapists are mostly students getting in practice. Their instructors are also there to guide them.

Technically, it's $1 per minute. In 2007, I didn't get an option besides $10, but it seemed to go longer. Last year, I just took $10 and the masseus made a commetn about not having bevery long (made me feel like I was cheap only doing 10). This year, I'm taking a $20 and asking for 20. Worse they can do is tell me I can't go longer than 10.

No matter what, it's worth every second you can get, an much more!

O, I think i gave a $5 tip last time too. CAn't remeber for sure, though.

I am sure tehy decontaminate between sweaty bodies. At that point, I really didn't cacre, though.

I read somewhere...that Ithought you shouldn't get a massage until at least 3hours after a race or is that get a massage within 3 hours of finishing a race????
