How much time with Avis?

I'm renting a car and returning it to Avis before my cruise. About how much time will it take for me to go from the Cruise terminal (where I'll drop my bags off), go return the car and have Avis shuttle me back?

It usually takes DH about 20 minutes to get back to the terminal after he has dropped off me and DS.

If you go early--around 9:30 or 10:00, will you still get back in 20 minutes or do they wait for the shuttle to be full?
