how much time to MK

We are staying at POFQ in march and have reservations for Cinderella's Royal table at 8am. we have a rental car and I was wondering how much time to allow to drive over there and get into the park?

There are buses that are put into service for the express purpose of getting people to early breakfast PS.

I'm not sure if the ferry will be running from the TTC at that hour -- or even if the express monorail service is going at that time. You could catch the resort monorail at the TTC, since that is the closest you will be able to park to the MK. The early PS bus will drop you off at the front gate of the MK.

I know when we had PS for Chef Mickey and we were staying at Port Orleans, we had the ressies at 8:00am and we left the hotel around 7:00-7:15. This was more then enough time to get to the Contempary.
As a matter of fact they did not take us until 8:30am

I just did this yesterday! We were at the BWI, drove to TTC and parked, rode the resprt monorail to MK. We were late....(tried to park at CR and walk but they are being SUPER STRICT about parking at Resorts now. We have always parked at resorts in the past and never had problems--not so on this trip!)
Anyway, I would leave the resort 45 min before the priority seating. They took us right in and we were 10 min tardy for our 805a PS.

The Ferry is not running at this hour to MK from TTC, only the monorail. They do have busses from the resorts to MK but I would choose to drive the rental car to TTC over waiting for the bus.

Thanks for the info, it's nice to know that. I guess maybe it will be quicker to just take the bus.

Taking the car, you will need to drive over (using the long way, around by Epcot), and park at the TTC. At that hour, you will need to walk into the TTC, as trams will not be running. Only the resort monorail will be running.

OR, you could take the Magic Kingdom bus. It will be running that early.

Either way, be out at the bus stop, or in your car by around 7:15.
