How Much Time to Load Magic Bands

My family and I have APs that at this time are vouchers. We will be getting in late on Friday and have reservations for Keys to the Kingdom at 9:30 a.m. What time should we get to the ticket window at MK to get everything updated? Any guesses?

In November, it took us about 10 minutes to have our AP vouchers activated at a will-call window at Hollywood Studios. We showed our AP confirmation numbers, our DVC member card, and photo IDs, as well as our three sets of MagicBands, to the CM who activated our APs and confirmed that they were properly accessible by each of our MagicBands.

Please note that any will-call ticket window at the Park can activate your AP vouchers. You do not need to go to Guest Services to get this accomplished. Usually, the will-call windows have shorter lines than Guest Services.

Thanks for your feedback. I just envision us getting there and it taking an hour (that has been my experience lately) and us missing our reservations for the tour.
