How much time should I give Shirley to make my baskets

We sail May 4th. I am planning on ordering baskets from Shirley and the Perfect Gift. How far in advance can I order the baskets. Also does anyone have any ideas for kids ages DD10 and DS11 both are going to be celebrating their 11 and 12 B-day on the cruise.
