How much time should I allow for DME from MCO?

I am arriving to MCO in 11 days around 230pm. How much time should I allow from MCO to Pop Century? Making some plans on what to do after we arrive.

It's typically 70 to 90 minutes from the time you step off the plane until you arrive at the hotel. Plan on 2 hours just to be safe.

Don't book anything that is prepaid for arrival day - there are just too many possible delays.

I'd say at least 90 minutes, 120 minutes to be safe. We've had it take as long as two hours on our last trip. It was worst case scenario - got on an empty bus that had just pulled up, waited 30 minutes for the bus to fill with people, 40 minute commute to WDW, and the last resort to be dropped off after two other ones.
