How much time do I need to give to go from Dolphin to MK if we want to be there for early entry at 8:30 to go right to Peter Pan (ideally not at back of the pack but considering my kids can wait patiently at the rope for 15 min max)? We are driving our own car and parking in the MK (TTC) lot. In my past experience, they push most people to the boat for early entry instead of monorail. Assuming we don’t want to run but walk at a reasonable pace, have little ones with us including a stroller, and want to stop for one family photo in front of the castle, how much time do we need to plan to get to MK from Dolphin resort? Is 1 hour enough?
Thank you in advance!!!

We were at the Swan over Easter with our own car. We did our 7 am Genie pick in the hotel and then left right after. The monorail wasn’t running but the ferry was quick and not crowded at all. We got by the turnstiles around 745 and we were in the front quarter of the Space Mtn. line at 8 am. It does build quickly though. The line for getting into Fantasyland was more crowded earlier. I would say 2/3 of the crowd was headed to 7D and Fantasyland for early entry.

We were there in April. Early Entry was 8:30. We entered the park at 7:45 and were about 10 rows back by Cheshire Cat. By the time the park opened (Early Entry), the line line was over the bridge.
We had about a 10 minute wait for 7DMT. Suspect PP would have been nearly walk on at that time.
