How much time from Wishes to resort

I'm wondering how much time to allot from the start of Wishes to get back to our resort? We're staying at Pop, taking the bus and looking at an 8pm start for Wishes. Also will have a stroller, if that matters.
We've never done the nightie entertainment before but I think we should try it this time. I just want to mentally prepare for how late the kids will get to sleep. They're 2 and 5.

From the start of Wishes? Or the end? Figure an hour or so from the end. What time of the year?

I agree with Dan. Wishes runs about 15 minutes, so I wouldn't expect to be back at your resort before 9:15.

And I think 9:15 is doable. The next day is our off day anyway.

Also,if an AoA bus comes before a POP bus I would definitely hop on it and get moving.

Regardless, like others said, an hour is a good estimate. The further from the exit, the longer it will take to get to the buses. Also depends a little on whether the park is closing after Wishes, might be fewer people leaving is park is still open after Wishes or if there's a second parade. And having a stroller makes it tougher to get through the crowd on Main St, you're going to have people cutting in front of you constantly.

I always assume 1 hour- 1 1/2 hour from Wishes to your hotel room! If you leave right in the crush of people it takes forever. I try to wait around a bit.

If the kid passes out after or during the show take your time getting out by doing some shopping. The crowds on mainstream are thick after wishes is done.

The lines for the busses can get really long. If we are in a hurry, we watch Wishes from near the train station, then hightail it to the busses as soon as it is over. We can usually catch the first bus back to the resort that way, since we are close to the exit and in front of the crowds. But I really prefer to linger after if I don't have a reason to back to the hotel quickly.
