on our last day our flight doesn't leave until 6pm we are being picked up by Tony H at HRH at 3pm. We have the free pass for Aquatica. Is it worth going if we have to be back to our hotel and ready to go to the airport? How much time should we allow? plan on taking a cab back and forth.
thanks

It's a fun place and worth going even if you have limited time.

You have a free pass might as well use it

On future trips, you will have a better idea how you can fit this place into your plans

Can't help you with that time travel situation without knowing which hotel you are staying

Use the free SW shuttle from your hotel for aquatica in the morning.

Use a taxi for your return to the hotel

UO shuttles returning to hrh are not as reliable for your time frame

You could be looking at 15-20 minute commute with taxi back to your hotel

We love to go to the park for a half day. We are waterlogged and tired after about 6 hours. We tend to go in the afternoon since so many people tend to leave the park after 2. We just love Roa's Rapids. Do not miss it. What would you do with your wet swimwear?

Assume you will be storing bags @ HRH & planning on showering/changing @ Aquatica. $ store sells the large zip bags you can put multiple bathing suits, etc. into then toss into checked luggage.

uber or taxi back to HRH, i'd leave no later than 2 pm. have you considered renting a car? could stow luggage in the trunk and just hop in & be on way to airport.

thanks all... think we will leave by 1:30pm using a taxi! and just bring zip log bags with us!!

It's definitely worth going. We went five times last year which is about average for us. Always for the last few hours of park opening which I think is the best time to go. We just love the rides and especially the not so lazy river as we like to call it. We always spend our last day there and will be doing the same this August. Easily our favourite water park.
