How much time do you spend at a character meal?

Just curious as to how much time most people spend at a character meal after having been seated? 1 hour? less? more? And does lunch or dinner take longer than breakfast?

Garden Grill, Cindy's, Chef Mickeys, LTT - all about an hour.
Theyu do not rush you - but it takes about an hour for the characters to do the tables. The characters follow a pattern around the room. Ask your waiter/waitress when to be at your table if a buffet, so you do not miss a character opportunity.

One to one and a half hours. I am a very slow eater.

Usually about an hour for us - sometimes a little more or less. This will depend on how full or empty the restaurant is. Sometimes we are done eating in 40 minutes, but wait around for that final character to make it to the table. We have been out of Donald's and even Chef Mickey's (after a 7 am PS) in about 45 mins I believe. Usually an hour is a safe bet. HTH!

I registered about an hour for most, but will say for CRT we were out no more than 45 minutes. One thing I didn't know when we went there was that the princesses only come around once, if you miss then - oh well. I really felt like cattle being moved along at the CRT breakfast, enjoyed the Princess Storybook one better, princesses came more often and didn't feel as rushed.
