How much time at Atlantis??

I am probably going to book a room at the Comfort Suites to be able to use the Atlantis pools/slides. Do you think this is a day long thing?? My girls are like fish and love to swim, etc. So I can see them wanting to spend the whole day there. I am wondering what to plan for lunch and dinner. Is it feasible to plan on breakfast on ship, lunch at Atlantis but dinner on board ship??

What are your experiences?? My girls will be 13 and 10 at time of cruise.

I have the same question: How much time at Atlantis??

My husband wants to see the town and do some shopping, but I want to spend my time at Atlantis. So we are planning to do both. We will probably see the town and do some shopping first, and then spend the rest of the day at Atlantis.

Another concern is we might miss the Golden Mickey show since it is on the Nassau night. It would be nice to know how much time it takes to see and do all of Atlantis so we can make it back in time for the early show (we have the late dinner).

Another option I am considering is arranging our dining rotation so that we get Parrot Cay on the Nassua night. We are planning to miss Parrot Cay to dine at Palos anyway. So to give us more time at Atlantis, we could see the late show, then have dinner at Palos afterward. Maybe, is this possible?
