How much time at Akershus?

We have a reservation for the Haunted Carriage ride on Oct 31 at Fort Wilderness. We'll be spending the day in Epcot. I'd like to have a meal at Akershus that day. Would dinner at Akershus take more than 2 hours? I have a reservation for 5pm at Akershus, and the carriage ride is at 8pm. Can I make that without us feeling overly rushed? I like the looks of the dinner menu better than lunch, but I don't want us feeling like we have to eat in a huge hurry.

You need an hour to an hour and a half, assuming you get in at or close to your ADR time. I would figure on leaving by 6:30 so you have time to get back to FW in time for the carriage ride. It sounds like a great evening--have fun.
