Not counting the bar I just opened, we have 2 bath soaps and 2 facial soaps at our house. For some reason, the kids also grabbed a shower cap, and its in the cabinet below the sink also.

Just got me to thinking how many people snag all the soap and shampoo stuff they can get while staying at the resorts. I know.... too much time on my hands..... :rotfl:

Oh boy, I have a ton! I always bring the extras home, even though I never really *use* them and already have some!

Hmmmmm....let's see:

2 bath bars
2 facial bars
3 small bottles of lotion
4 small bottles of shampoo
3 small bottles of conditioner
2 shower caps

and.....

The little "welcome" folded card from the entry-way shelf!!!

We stayed in a GV for one night in March and the kids scoured every bathroom!!

None!
We always give to the nieces and nephews with a Mickey washrag as a "present" when we get home. It costs about $3 per child and they love it! :)

None in NJ, maybe a couple bars in FL. I ship it all off to a shelter for battered women and their kids.

I have tons of them. I LOVE the Mickey lotion they give at the Deluxes- its really light and I like the scent. We stayed at Polynesian in Dec. and the first day I took every mickey toiletry and put them in my suitcase so they would give us more.

Every day after that, the mousekeeper refilled the toiletries AND gave me an extra baggie with another set of toiletries in it (they must come prepackaged). I came home with about 6 of each toiletry- i'm almost out of the lotions so I can't wait to go back in May to get some more! :flower:

I love the Mickey soaps - they smell so good. But I currently only have 6 bars of Dolphin oatmeal soap at home.

Alot! I never used them at the resort..I always bring my own from home & use the Mickey one's at home...like a sovineir

When I was little, my mom used to put unopened soap in the clothes drawers to keep them smelling nice.

Now, I keep Mickey soaps in my lingerie drawers and every time I open the drawer, I am reminded of being at Disney. I do love the way the soap smells. :goodvibes

we have a few. We use them in the camper. since we have no bathroom & have to use the bathhouses, it makes it easy to pack each kid off with their own toiletries.

guilty :confused3

I have at least 20 of each soap and 20 of the shampoo. I take them all cause I don't use them I take my own soap and shampoo......sorry.....

Just a souviener from Disney....I have them in my guest bathroom....just a nice reminder.

How I guess I won't get anymore cause we are staying at AllStMo. and from what I understand they have the dispenser....oh well. :earboy2:

I always grab as many as I can but I don't keep a single one. Every one I get is sent to the Mickey SOS Soap or Shampoo for Children Project. I can't think of a better way to use these items. And they're always looking for more. http://allearsnet.com/acc/soap.htm

10 gallon drum, also a ton of the swan/dolphin stuff

Personally, I don't use them because I use another product exclusively. However, my husband, the hoarder, snagged all that he can. So we have several bars and bottles that he just looks at. I don't know if he even intends to use them. I think he just likes to know he has them. Hard to explain.

I second this as a great thing to do with your leftover soap/shampoo! Sure, we enjoy them, but can you imagine how much a kid going through chemo would love them?

We scooped up our soaps/shampoos! They're fun little gifts/great reminders of our trip for our kids/and perfect to pack when we go to visit the in-laws at their camp on the lake!! :flower:

I just sent a big bag full off to Peru with a friend. She is a nurse who goes over a few times each year to volunteer health services in poverty striken areas. Thought the kids would enjoy them. I also share them with a local family homeless shelter....and keep a bunch for myself! I bring a ton home each trip.
