How much more crowded will parks be if we change dates?

I can go by crowd predictors, but wanted to verify those were pretty true...

We are scheduled to go Apr 29-May 8 and I'm thinking of changing my dates to May 19-May 30th so my son doesn't have to miss out on a few activities recently scheduled for school.

If we go then, how much more crowded will it be? I know the 30th is Memorial day weekend, so that's a factor.

Is it way hotter then? Or close to the same?
