ok..... So I started working out on 03/20/2005 - so this would be my week # 7!!!!
I have not seen a POUND drop - totally to the contrary! It shows I am up 5 pds!
k - so I wonder how much is enough to work out...
So here is my rundown:
week 1 120 min / 4 work outs done
week 2 95 min / 3 work outs done
week 3 120 min / 4 work outs done
week 4 40 / 2 work outs done ( dropped a chair on toe!)
week 5 125 min / 3 work outs done
week 6 160 min / 5 work outs
week 7 ( on that now) 100 min / 3 work outs....
I have recently started back on a basic WW plan - hoping to jump start the loss too......
I would like to do as much as I can - but some nights I just can't get the time to get on the machine.....sooooooo....does anyone have any recommendations - any thoughts .... I hate to see the scale go up and I know sooner or later it will go down - but am I working out too little - not enough time --- gosh I dont know....
