After recently noticing that all of my trip countdowns contain the resort I'll be staying in (as opposed to just counting down to the trip itself), I've come to the realization that out of the 3 parts of my Disney World trips (the resort - the parks - the restaurants), it's the resort that I stay at that gives me the most fun in researching and planning.
I'm curious how my fellow Resort Board DISers feel.
So here's a fun poll to post on. Tell me which is at the top of your Disney Trip list:
The Resort
The Parks
The Restaurants
I should add that ALL 3 components together create the fun I have on my trips, but the resort I choose gives me the most fun before the trip (here on the Resort Board), during the trip, and even afterwards when looking back at the pictures I've taken.
P.S. This is NOT about whether you stay at a value, moderate, DVC, or a deluxe; it's more about whether whichever resort you do choose gives you the most fun to plan and research, over the parks you'll visit and the restaurants you'll dine at. Case in point, we do usually stay at a deluxe resort but last month I stayed at POR for the first time and I found that researching that resort and planning that trip gave me the same sense of enjoyment and satisfaction that I get when planning our deluxe resorts/trips. And I know I'd have just as much fun researching a value resort, too.
