How Much for HH Add-On?

I just got the OK from DW to purchase 50 more points at HH in addition to our 150 at BW. I found a resale for $65 a point. With closing costs, would this be a better deal than buying 50 points directly from DVC using Magical Beginnings?

Depending on your use year, I have a Dec. use year and when I apply the MB of $10, I will be paying $70 per point and still get all my 2002's points. Since the maintenance fee will be pro-rated based on the date you committ, there is very little fee you have to pay for 2002.

I would only consider a HH resale if the price is at $65 or lower, have the seller pay both the closing cost and the 2002 maintenance, and still have at least all the 2002's points available. This is just my opinion.
