We are not staying onsite but I see that you can buy the Express Pass. We are going in October and I am wondering how much faster does this get you through?

We do not do the roller coaster or anything like that. Just Dr Seuss and the "kid" stuff.

In October, crowds will be mostly light. It won't make too much of a difference, especially in Seuss Landing.

I wouldn't buy one if I wasn't staying on site.

I know you asked specifically for Seuss Landing, but having just returned from the resort today I can vouch for a few other things regarding Express.

I found in general, Express lines half the wait of what the time says for the stand by line. So if it's posted as being 20 minutes for Cat in the Hat, I think Express pass will mean a wait of no more than 10 minutes.

On attractions with a single rider queue as well as Express, such as Hulk or Spider-man, you must remember that the TMs and rideops have to deal with 3 queues at once, rather than just 2, which can slightly add to the wait times for all three of these lines.
