How much does MIB spin? Can anyone compare it to Toy Story Mania? Does it spin more than that, if so how much.

We have never been to US/IOA and are taking our first trip next summer so I have been doing a lot of reading.

Thanks for any help.

I can only think of one section it actually spins you in, other than that is turns you side to side quickly. I'm sure if someone will correct me if there are more, but I can only remember one. It's not a long spin, just a quick little whirl around.

Agree. You should be fine. My wife hates any kind of spinning rides and she thought it was mild at best.

Well if someone on the other cart across from you knows how to play the game and keeps shooting the fusion port, then the whole last area after the scan you will be spinning.:thumbsup2

I have had some harrowing, super spinny rides on MIB. Just be warned - it can be spinny!

My DW hates when we sit in the back row and I shoot our own fusion port the whole time.:lmao: Needless to say I end up with a black an blue arm after the ride.:rotfl:

Haven't done Toy Story Mania, but Men In Black made me pretty queasy. I don't recall the other car spinning our car a lot at the end, but I do recall feeling lousy.

did it one time and hate, hate, HATED IT!!!!!

after 8 or 9 spins at the end of the ride i quit counting:scared1:

never again....

Gah! I hate when people do this! It messes up my ability to score hits on the drop-down aliens (which are worth more than your fusion port) :headache:

After the half-tun, if you can shoot the opposing car and get lucky, you can score repeated hits without them spinning out! :goodvibes

I normally play right and do this, it's a great way to rack up points.

It's just fun when it's slow and only running one side I shoot our own cart. Also I like to piss of DW since she doesn't like the spinning, DS likes it too.:goodvibes

Meanie.

When they run single side it really messes up my score. Getting less than 920,000 is a "bad game" for me.

Still better than me, I normally run in the 700,00-800,000 if the gun works right.

I admit it,I shoot my own fusion port. There are times I won't do it like if there are others in the same car who are good players but if it's some family from Brazil who are averaging 10,000 points towards the end of the ride If I can get my score up there in the 600,000-999,999 then I can help us win, then I usually do shoot my own and we usually win.

I got a bad gun recently. I started out in training with 75k, but it failed to register many of my targets and I ended up with a score of 350,000. The next time around, 980,000 on a working gun. :cool2:

I go in "silent assassin" mode and even if the group I'm with are all terrible players, I still never shoot my own port. Then when I hop out after scoring 900k+, they never know.

FWIW, if I have less than 500k before the bioscan, I'm having a bad run.

sooo funny about shooting your own car. I did that the last time and we kept spinning and spinning till I got caught by my DD8 who ruined it for me. So then I started shooting other peoples cars :lmao: gosh I love that ride!DD8 Likes it too ecept for the last part where he "Eats you" and spits you back out. She covers here eyes really tight.. her theory if I cant see him.. he wont eat me :rotfl: Cant wait till we go again

This question depends completely on how accurate you are. There's a section in the middle and if you can't aim and your opponents can...it's spinny time :rotfl:

Best tip ever for spinning (I hate it too): Look at an object and completely fixate on it. When you are half way through spinning and your neck can turn any more, spin your head quickly to look at the same object with your head turned the other way for the rest of the spin. This way you are almost completely unaware of spinning.

It spins A LOT and very quickly. If the other car hits your port, you will be spinning a lot. And at the end, it spins so fast that I feel like I'm going to fly out of the car. You must spin around 10 times or more at the end. If you don't like spinning, MIB is not the ride for you.
