How much does bottled water cost at WDW?

I'm wondering how much bottled water costs, and what size the bottles are. I saw a couple of menus on another web site that listed the price at $2.50 in those eateries (at least one of which was counter service only). Those bottles that filter water (Brita or another brand) might be much more economical than buying bottled water.

I thought it was closer to $4 in the parks. We picked up some Brita bottles and were really glad we did, they worked great. Although they seem harder to find now.

Too much!!! When we went in June we payed several prices. I think it was $3 for a 1/2 liter at all of the parks except MK, it was less there...$2.50. I hae no idea why

No kidding they seem harder to find. This saturday I went to Walmart, Target, Sams Club, K-Mart, Sports Mart and Sports authority.... Couldnt find one infact no one at any of these stores seemed to have a clue what I was talking about. Then Sunday I did some grocery shopping for the week at Jewel and what do I find sitting on a shelf waving at me . Brita refilable water bottles..... At Jewel, who knew!?!?!

Last time I was there it was $2.50. That was for a big bottle. I'm not sure what size but I know it was bigger than a 20 oz.


Does any one know if they still have those smaller bottles they were trying out?

I don't recall the bottle size, but I think it's 20 oz. And the prices were just recently dropped to $2.00. At least that's what we paid for one at MK last month.

I was there yesterday and it is just as you stated. Last year I think it was 2.50 however I think it was for a large Dasani bottle. I don't know if the bottle is the same size this year. I always go to Publix and buy Dasani bottled water (12 for 3.50). I freeze it the night before and then bring it in a large cooler. I bring 6 at a time in the park in a small portable cooler. However, I only live 100 miles away and I usually only go for 2 days.

The prices are $1.25 for a 12oz bottle and $2.50 for a 24oz bottle with the sports cap.

Slight correction to OoogieBoogie's post--the Dasani 24 ounce bottle with the sport cap is NOT $2.50--it is $2.00!! There was a price reduction. Just bought several bottles last week at MK.

The Brita Sports Waterbottles have been discontinued, so that is probably why you can't find them. I was lucky to find some at Walmart a couple months ago and I bought them. They were in the plumbing section with the other Brita products.

Something you don't often hear at Disney! I'm all for price reductions!
