How much do you bring for tips?

I'm planning on bringing a "tip $" envelope for our upcoming trip. I'll probably pay for most meals with gift cards, but will tip in cash. I'm thinking... wait staff, luggage handlers, drivers, mouse keeping.... who am I forgetting? How much do you bring for tipping purposes?

I tip $5- $10 per night to housekeeping (there are 2 in the room)

I also tip 20% for my sit down meals

If I take a cab 18%-20%

I have never been in my room when my luggage was delivered but I would assume $5 for that?
