How much do I tip the Cab Driver?

Well I have to report for grand jury duty at 1:15 today and need to take a cab. The cost is $13.00. I'm clueless on how much I should tip the driver. Please help. Thanks

I would probably tip $3 but I don't know if that is right or not.

I'd probably give him $15 total, but maybe I'm cheap

I'd also give $15 total, $16 if he and the cab very very clean and well maintained, and it was a pleasant ride.
