How Much Cash????

We are leaving Sunday for 5 nights at VWL. The only park we are doing is TL. For the first time I am thinking about using our room key to pay for everything. So, what situations, other than tips, would I need cash for? I am assuming we can use the room key at TL. Please let me know if I am incorrect. Thanks for any help.

Are you driving or flying? If flying, you will want cash for any cab fare. I bring cash with me and wind up putting some of it back into my banking account after the trip.

We use the Key To The World card for everything once on WDW property. Haven't had any need of cash onsite - and that includes TL.

We use the key to the world card for everything except the few coffee stands that make espressos without Nescafe coffee. These are in MK, EPCOT and Studios and historically they have never accepted the Key to The world Cards. We usually have some cash on hand and then also put it back in the bank when we get home. I try to make sure have about $200-$300 just incase and have never used more than $100. Go figure!!!
