How much candy do you pledge to eat this Halloween?

Depends. I on purpose bought candy that I am not interested in—skittles, laffy taffy type stuff. Not worth the calories IMO. But, we sit out with the neighbors while handing out the candy and they will probably offer me good stuff. And DD might bring some good stuff home and be feeling generous. We’ll see.

Personally I plan to attempt to eat my body weight, anything less will be seen as failure.
Love it!!
Can I join you? :lmao:

I have no trick or treaters, so no candy here. I did buy some candy corn and Reese’s pieces to use as part of my Halloween decor, but after nibbling on it for the last month, I’m bored of it.

I’m trying not to eat any (I snuck a piece yesterday). I put my Halloween candy in bags for the kids. It’s more of a deterrent for me than just a big bowl full of candy.

I am hoping for a big turnout this year as I bought a lot of candy. (It’s a guessing game every year about how many we will get.)

Now with the forecast of light rain, I’m thinking my hopes are not going to come to fruition. In that case we are going to have a candy overload … and my weekness is Reece’s PB Cups and Milk Duds.

I hope to stick to one piece of each per day until I’m tired of them which will likely be in a week.

I bought a bag of fall Reese’s Miniature cup and was very disappointed. The chocolate flavor was off and they had a waxy texture to them. I won’t be buying any more Halloween candy, as I don’t participate in trick or treat.

No more than I usually eat. I eat chocolate chips everyday.....that is my go to/always here chocolate for snacks. I will stick with that.

None. I'm going to eat it all before halloween and put out an empty bowl that says take one only so that the kids think some kid took the whole bowl.

We didn't get any trick-or-treaters last year so my aunt went out and bought "what she liked," which turned out to be little bags of mini pretzels. I was both relieved and annoyed. I was planning on getting a few bags of Kit-Kats, which are my weakness under the pretense of it being "for any kids who knock," but now I will slink to the store on November 1st and buy bags of cut price candy which everyone will know is for me.

Not much, if any. I’m just not a big candy person, but I may indulge a lil sumpthin’.

As adults, we can now buy candy any day of the week. And Reese’s doesn’t make pasta!

I opened our candy a couple of weeks ago! Been enjoying a snack size mounds each day since then. And a twix once. No one will eat the mounds except me, so I know they're safe. We also have 3 musketeers, milky way, m&ms, and only a few kit-kats - for some reason they are always out of those at the grocery store I use.
