...do you use on your feet? Just the blister-prone areas, or do you slather it all over those puppies? :confused3 Any tips would be appreciated! :sunny:

BODYGLIDE really helped me. :thumbsup2 I will tell you I did put some bandaids in a couple key places (my little toe and big toe) that seem to rub no matter what and THEN slathered the BodyGlide all over the bottoms and sides of my feet, all toes and extra on the big toe. Then carefully kind of rolled my socks on my feet. I wear tennis shoes.

I don't know if it helps keep them hydrated or what but my feet WERE NOT TIRED and did not ache at all! My feet get tired with just 1/2 hour walk normally. And even though I used it for 6 days, I didn't use the 1 whole stick. There's stil some left in the container! I use it when I go to other theme parks too now!

Mostly sides and top for me. i wear my Keens real loose so it helps them slide rather then rub .

DD uses it all over even when playing soccer .

I used on the bottoms and tops of my feet...It worked very well....It is now a staple in our household! :thumbsup2

Where can I find body glide? DS had a prob. w/a rubbing rash (prob. due to the heat and sweat) while we were in WDW and I'd like to pick some up for next time. Thanks for any info.!

Bodyglide is wonderful.

Last time we went he had started chafing on his thigh from the denim shorts he wore. He's thin and usually doesn't have that problem, but this time he did. It had rained, and denim doesn't dry well when you are wearing them. The Bodyglide worked great. No more chafing for him, just like me.. the thigh queen. :rotfl:

We all use it on our feet.

Running stores or Outdoor (REI,HTO ). Some Dicks sportinggoods carry as well.

Others posted DRUGSTORE.com sells it as well.

It's like a solid deoderant stick. Made for Runners to prevent chaffing in the arms.

Not greasy but gives you a smooth feeling that most material or other body parts Glide instead of rubbing.

We first got it for DD wearing board shorts and would chaff but now we use it for blisters and all.

The one we get even has sunblock in it as well.

I just bought mine at Dick's sporting goods tonight. Expensive little tubes. $9.99 per tube. (about the size of a deodrant stick). I sure hope it works well. I usually wear sandals....does it work just as well with sandals rather than shoes with socks?
