How many YC concierge level rooms have a Day Bed?

We are staying at the YC concierge in Dec and requested a room with 2 queens and a Day Bed. The CM at WDW travel said there were NO Day Beds on the concierge level and we would have to stay on a different floor. However, the itinerary planner told me there are concierge level rooms with Day Beds. So which is it??? This is our first WDW visit so I really have no idea who to believe. We do have a request on our reservation for a room with 2 queens and a Day Bed. Guess we may be on a different floor

We just stayed YC Concierge, had room 5229, with 2 queens and a day bed.

It also had an awesome view of the Boardwalk and SAB.

We had a GV room in conceige with only 2 queen beds, no daybed.

We had a waterview concierge room with no day bed, there's pics of it in my sig.

Stayed last Christmas in a concierge water view room. It had 2 queens and a daybed. My 17 year old son slept in the daybed fine. Refused to share the queen with his brother. So they do exist, just request.

Thank you all for the information. My son and daughter need seperate beds and that day bed would work perfect. I just hope we get a room with one as our reservation requests it. Would be so sad to pay for conierge level and instead end up on some other floor just to get the day bed. Thanks again you are all great.
