How many UYs of points can I transfer?

I have 3 contracts all with a FEB UY. I would like to downsize down to one contract and maximize my value by tranferring the points from the other 2 contracts before selling. Come February can I only transfer Feb 2022 points, or could I also transfer Feb 2023 points as well since they would be different UYs? Would I even be able to transfer the points from the future UY?

If all three of your contracts fall under the same membership number, you can't transfer them between any of your contracts.

As mentioned, you can only transfer points between memberships. Contracts themselves can not change in size. Many people will use the word contracts when transferring, but it is really that the points can go from one membership to the other.

In your case, one membership means that the points can not be moved.

Good to know. My wife has a contract as well, but it's a different UY. Would I be able to transfer points from those 2 contracts to her contract then? How many UYs ahead would I be able to able to transfer?

It's also worth noting that owners may only transfer or receive points from another member one time per use year, not calendar year. So her contract would only be able to receive a transfer from one of those accounts.

So looks like I can only pick one of the contracts to transfer points. Plan B will be to list the points for transfer on the classifieds board for the other contract then. Would I only be able to transfer 2022 UY points or 2023 UY points as well?

I had read somewhere that you can transfer points in a future UY, though I've never done it myself so take that information with a grain of salt. You can bank the transferred points though if that helps with your planning at all. If that is the case, you might be able to transfer your 2022 UY points, bank them, and then also transfer the 2023 UY points. I would personally confirm that with member services though.

You can transfer current UY and the next UY. So once it's into the 2022 UY then you could transfer 2023 points.

It’s one time, but an owner can transfer points from as many contracts as they want as long as it is the same owner, and at the same time.

So, I can transfer points from both my SSR and RIV contracts to someone else as long as it’s the same call.

You can transfer from both as long as they are only going to one person..in this case they would be…your wife’s account…assuming she has not had any transfers yet.
