How Many Trips A Year........

OK, How many trips a year do you really take to Disney a year? I see a lot of signatures with mutiple trips but was just curious about how many go multiple times. Since we joined DVC I notice that we are doing a lot more spur of the moment trips. Anyone else notice that they are doing Disney more often than before joining DVC?

We have been going once a year or atleast everyother year for the past 5 We bought in '05 now we will go more than once a year. We love it there.

Since purchasing in 2002, we average 2-3 trips per year. We tried to hold back and stretch it from October 2004 to April 2007, but it couldn't be done!
We just booked a last minute trip for DH & I for the first weekend in March and then I am taking the kids in December.
Then we are going for our next "family" trip in April 2007!
Gotta love our DVC!

Pre-DVC it was every three years or so. Now, it's at least three trips a year or more. Last year it was 5.

My co-workers think I have no life (personally I think they're just jealous).

Once a year. Sometimes we skip a year - we are very limited to vacation time - so sometimes we go somewhere else.

Since DVC we have gone 2 - 4 times within a year.

Before DVC we went every 4 to 5 years.

What a change !

We just recently bought DVC and hope to go at least twice a year! Before DVC only once a year. We love it there!

Before DVC we went once a year.. Now that we have DVC we have three trips planned for this year....we leave FRI for WDW, June is our first cruise, and then we start an annual trip to WDW at Christmas. CAN'T WAIT !!!

Yes, I think we go more often. Theoretically, we go 3 times a year-once to WDW together, once to HH together, then I throw in a solo trip. That's the theory-in fact, I went 2 other times last year-once when Southwest Airlines "made me an offer I couldn't refuse" (cheap airfare) and once I took my Mother for Mother's Day. Before DVC either we or I went once a year. DH and I went together about once every other year, alternate years I'd go solo. And we never went to HH until we joined DVC-now it's a regular part of our vacation plans.

I thought that we went about twice a year, but I think it is actually closer to three. Our son just turned two last month and at that time he had been 6 times. I think that over around the last 7 years we have been 18 times, that would be about 2.5 I guess. Probably some years more than others.

We have been going 3 times a year, but are now trying to go for the whole month of January making it once a year. Last year we went twice. Remember these answers the next time someone trys to say they are saving money after they joined DVC

with DVC and our AP's we go 3 times in a 365 day yr. We get very good use out of our APs. Sometimes we do a quick trip too.

My signature pretty much tells my pattern. One thing I don't tend to do is take extra trips or more spontaneous trips to WDW. I book my trips pretty far in advance and then that's it. No additional trips down. Well, so far anyway! With any remaining vacation time and money, I go other places.

4-5 times a year since buying DVC, in late '03.

When we were raising our family in the '70's through the early '90's we went every 3 years, then as empty nesters we were going about 3 times every 2 years. Now, we've even done a DCL cruise 2 years in a row, but we're skipping one this year.

It's lots of fun, and still feels like a long time between trips.

It seems as though we add a trip each year.

At this rate, we will be living at WDW in 10 more years!

We currently have four trips in the hopper for 2006.

This year I am going 5 times (if you count January to January); But after that at least 2 times a year.

My Dream is to eventully move down there, but that could be a while before that happens.
